No faction EW besides Dread ECM?

Phoenix Scion Gallente Jonosha Corp.	Posted - 2007.07.29 21:28:00 - [1] Anyone think of any reasoning behind this? Any NPC faction I can think of uses their race EW The only exceptions are I haven't seen Bloods tracking disrupt or Angels paint, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just curious if anyone knows if this was done on purpose or if it was another of those things that just never got added like the missing Amarr frigate. The amarr frigate that is a scout/cheap ass probe dropper like the Imicus. All races have 6 frigates except the amarr.
