one is a lost ship due to desync which was supposed to go to a senior gm - weeks old
one is a clicky mistake i made, just seeing if i can get an answer on it - 48hrs
(maybe you guys will know the second one)
bought stuff with corp funds by accident. merchandise is in a station where we dont have an office/hangar. tried to rent an office to get the hangar in hopes that the merchandise would appear....no offices for rent in that station.
where would the merchandise be?

In the deliveries hangar of said station afaik.
And concerning the first one, I'd saz lost ships have prolly the largest queue for petitions, so give it some time. Otherwise petitions are answered really fast.

I sent a petition via the website two days ago or so.
Didnt even got an automated notification e-mail or something.
Does that mean that support will never get it or should i just be patient.

The reason the petition queues are so long is that people petition ridiculous stuff like this

It took over 3 weeks to get a response on a bugged exploration site. When they did respond they said the plex was bugged, the issue has been fixed and then they told me they could not do anything to compensate my friends and I for our hours of work to try and complete a site that could not be completed.

Heh that's a step up from what I got.
Around when rev1 was released, we were doing an escalating expedition. It was the 2nd or 3rd step where we warped there and no message, no rats, nothing. Petitioned it asking if this was possibly normal, or bugged, or related to a downtime happening between the stages (lucky that was only a 30 min downtime! Thought we would make it just in time). After 27 days, we got a response saying basically "sorry we can't tell you how they work, figuring it out is part of the game". A few months later patchnotes mention fixing that particular bugged encounter as it wasn't escalating correctly.

Or like back when exploration first came out. We did a 'plex that took us through 12 0.0 jumps to multiple complexes and gave us a reward of 100 Small Tungsten Charges.
