i think it would be cool if you could smelt down corpses to try and get at their implants. what does everyone else think?

Or at least you could grind them down and make sausage out of them, you could market them as "Jolly Roger's Barbeque Dogs". I mean, if they can sell Protein Delicacies this would be a bang. :)

Nah, it is great loose to waste 5 good implants There should be a way to recover even two of them (random)

I seem to remember a long time ago it was said by the devs that biomass would be required to make tech level 5 gear. Dunno if they were joking or serious

thought that in theory you can sell corpses but when you try to complete it tells you you need torepackage and repairs doesn't recognise a corpse as something you can repackage

Once upon a time I had an idea of reusable Implants that degraded each time you unplucked them, either by shooting the poor bugger or just unhook it.
Would make a fairly interesting secondhand market for Implants ;)
And there should be other way's to make biomass. Blowing passengers aught to do the trick to, if you have the morals for that kind of thing ;)

i was just saying that, because i have about 30 curse alliance "ex" members sitting in my corps hanger. for now, i have dressed them up as monkeys, and made a silly panorama. but im sure there are alot of implants in there...i would like to get at those implants...i like the idea of the alleyway sales of +2 or +1 implants...

I heard that bodies were supposed to be recyclable, and the yield from each would be determined by his skillpoints at the day he took a look out of his pod (alts useless then).

I beleive the original plan for biomass was as a source of raw material for cloning. Course there is no telling when players will be able to operate their own cloning facilities, most likely not until Tech 5 or later.
