I'll give the highlights if you get lost in all of the level 5 skills:
Perfect gunnery skills, all supporting skills to 5.
12 mil sp in leadership for that fleet command goodness.
All armor compensations to level 5.
Any navigation skill worth having is at level 5.
Perfect legion pilot, easy transition to loki or tengu or proteus.
The character will have a positive balance, a negative 2.7 sec status, will be located in caldari low sec, and comes with no assets.

read mail free advise. a toon with 110m sp i think with 5.3m sp has a current bid of 45b if i remember correct. your worth at the very least between 40-45b. don't undervalue ur free sp
