Fourteen days ago, alliances who upgraded their outposts and met all the conditions set thier capital systems and the clock started to tick. According to the in-game map, the following alliances get the honor of being 'first': Dark Matter Coalition Goonswarm (2 Constellations) Mercenary Coalition PURE RISE YouWhat As someone who remembers 0.0 as a foreboding and empty wasteland of potential riches, this kind of thing is very cool and symbolizes the work that everyone has done to bring EVE alive. To achieve this requires quite a bit of effort. It's awesome to see, regardless of what 'side' you are on politically. So, congrats to everyone on the list above. - THIS FLEET FOR RENT!
