This is simply unacceptable, as I will no longer be able to e-peen in space with my 4 turrets, making me look like a porcupine on acid.
I have a simple solution: Make launchers externally visible. They don't have to move around (though it would be nice.) They don't have to do all that fancy tracking. But please make them visible.
Because my ship is going to look way too naked without umpteen million turrets jutting out of the sides.

I agree whole heartedly, on test server my vengeance looked so, sad :(
If you won't make the missile launchers show (think of the poor caldari corpses freezing out in space cause they didn't know whether their missile launchers were on their ships) then at least make them more visually interesting :P

Also make missiles appear from the launchers instead of the ships centerpoint plox.

What do you think you're doing posting about something that would actually be a good addition to eve?
Please stfu and complain about missiles needing posting or nerfing pls. this is not the place for constructive threads.

I find the Phantasm to be a wonderful spiky ship... heck, even the Succubus! Named them The Flying Cactus and the Cactus Apple respectively...
Wait... this thread isn't about spiky ships? It's about launchers being visible? Dammit. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure if you were being sarcastic or not, but both the Vengeance and Malediction have 3 turret slots not four. Both Carthum models, Retribution and Crusader, have 4 turrets. -------------

I clicked on this topic expecting a "if amarr are going to use missiles, CCP better fix them first" whine thread (because they didn't need fixing when Caldari were their primary users....), and instead found a perfectly legitamate request! 
Please CCP, give us visible launchers, and on the ships that have them, make the missiles look like they are coming out of them (COUGH*DRAKE*COUGH*COUGH!!)!

I can live with the look of my Malediction minus the guns. But Launcher points on the ship would look much better.
