Type "advancedDevice=1" without quotes in prefs.ini.

Still eve doesnt support it's full features. I still get dodgy lines on the energy trails from flying around. I wan't it to be 100% smooth, even when zoomed out (this is where it gets slight dodgy.

I do hope, with the grafic update for eve that we will get full access to every posible feature for grafic boosting. Stuff like AA, LOD stuff, some other aliasing stuff, alpha AA, syncing and what not

sounds silly to ask but have you gone into your video card driver and changed the AA option there? that seemed to work for me when i was having AA problems that i couldnt seem to fix.

If you enable multisampled/supersampled Transparency Antialiasing or the ATI equivalent in your driver control panel you will win approval. I do not yet approve of this thread.

You'll find it here:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE\settings
It is in a hidden directory so if you search for it you need to tell Windows to search hidden files.
EDIT: I should say I have found the results to be dodgy. I have told my graphics card to force AA and told EVE to go with AA and sometimes it seems to work and others it doesn't. Never figured out why but then I have not tried very hard to sort it.
