Please help me,
Im getting threated unfairly by CCP
every petetion i make gets closed, every form post gets closed every trial account i make gets closed

Spamming the forums is not going to get you an answer. The GMs are CCP, and they are the only people who can handle your case. They will provide you with a response, if the answer isn't to your satisfaction escalate it to a senior GM and wait.

every petetion i make gets closed by ccp without any replies, every trial account i make gets banned just without reason.
my 2 accouunts got closed for isk selling , i asked ccp nicely for proof, but they couldnt show me

You can petition using the online system, without creating a trial account. Trial account abuse is taken extremely seriously.
GMs usually temporarily ban accounts for isk selling while it is being investigated. Be patient. You'll have to define "they couldn't show me proof" - there is always proof. GMs don't ban accounts without proof, your paying CCP money to play the game.

ive been waiting for 2 weeks so far, you dont understand me, they are closing eveyry petetion i make with the account which is banned
nothing no reply just getting closed rudely, so how can i ask for a escelate? nothing. im just getting threated unfairly,

Well, they have provided you with a reason and if you don't accept the reason you can escalate the petition to a senior GM. That's your only recourse. Don't try to spam the petition system, GMs don't like that and it won't help your case.

you still dont understand me, i ve been talking with the senior GM, im not mentioning names, but he is the one, who doesnt reply me and closes my petetions every time.
and im not spamming the petetion service, every petetion that gets closed unfairly , i make a new one. I never said i spam petetion service

I understand you. He *will* reply to you. They can't close petitions without replying, that goes against procedure. I'm afraid the forums aren't going to help you in your private matter, the GMs don't post on the forums. The forum moderators aren't GMs or Devs.

I'm going to lock this thread now. I realize you have some sort of a response, but discussing GM actions any further isn't allowed. I'm sorry you didn't like the GM's response. My advise would be to stop selling isk, stop spamming the forums.

There are only two things that can be happening here.
1) They are investigating the ISK selling problem. They have said that your account is banned for ISK selling, whether you actually did it or not. The standard case here is to ban the account first and then investigate. Investigations can take a long time to complete, depending on the size of amount of ISK sellers they are investigating in relation to each other.
2) You actually did sell ISK, and CCP know it, and you know it. They aren't replying because there is nothing to reply to. You sold ISK, end of story.
Of course, they do get it wrong occasionally. An ingame friend of mine was wrongly banned for macroing because of a character that had a name almost exactly like his. He sent in a petition, asking very nicely for a full explanation along with proof that he was not a macroer. CCP got around to the petition, and closed it. So he sent in the petition again until CCP took notice, investigated and sorted out the matter along with a reimbursement in skill training time.
You need to send in one petition at a time, on the account that was banned and word it nicely, politely, and supply proof that you are not an ISK seller.
