Why is it that every time I see a lottery I automatically think "scam" to myself? Lets see ...
Caldary Navy Raven - 650 mil
Gist X-type LSB - 700 mil
Everything else - a bit over 200 mil
Total = 1550 mil
Tickets cost - 31 mil and 49 tickets get sold so that's 1.519 bil that you make.
So ... what's in it for you running this lottery?

If you think I'm an alt you have no idea who I am! Dude this is my main. I'm sure MC, BOB, LV, SMASH, and all corps/alliances i know will vouch for that.
And tbh as we have a chance to pay say 31mil for a great ship and a few fittings. For those who are willing to take the risk its a great deal if you win. And well 31mil ain't really much!
If you doubt the credibility of this lottery ask all the past winners. UK lottery is an independant source to do this.
And yes there are lottery scams, but as my name has a reputation in eve signing this off as trust worthy will get alot of good business.
Whats in it for me, well if all tickets sell by Sat the lottery gets done this week, rather than us having to wait another week.
I understand your doubts, but your simply, wrong.

This fact is very clear:
This lottery generates 1.5 billion in ticket money while prize amounts to 1.8 billion. There is no reason for anyone to run a lottery at 300 mil damage to one's own wallet unless it is a scam. Low ticket prices of 31 million are not going to change this obvious fact.
I'm sure that "MC, BOB, LV, SMASH" can vouch for this particular character. This doesn't prevent you having alts running scam lotteries. It is possible to do a little bit of cheating on the side with alternative characters and also have some honest and reputale chars (mains or whatever, in fact it makes perfect sense to have an honest main and cheating alts that you can simply erase later on). Nothing wrong with it per se, just that in this case it was done very poorly because anyone who knows current faction prices can do the math.
Asking the past winners would do me no good. Where is my guarantee that they aren't your friends or alts? Are we just supposed to take your word for it and send you more ISK? Btw bumping your alt's thread with other char's you own that are pretending they are other people buying tickets, competing in this lottery, discredits you in this respect.

Forgive me but it makes no sense of running lotteries for prizes that are worth more than the lottery can sell in tickets unless you are, well, scamming.

Forgot to mention that it's not 1.5 bil. Since this lottery is based on UK National Lottery what you do is make your alts buy a certain percent of all the tickets. Say you buy 1/3rd of them yourself. This means that one out of three times you get to keep the prize + 1.0 billion in ticket money. And two out of three times you have to give out the prize. If the total worth of the prize is equal to or less than the sum from tickets actually sold, you don't lose anything but may be gain a little. And then one out of three times you strike big and keep all the ISK from tickets sold as one of the winning numbers turns out to be the one you bought yourself with an alt.
Since it happens just one out of three times, you go ahead and run a lot of lotteries to make a nice profit. And running many lotteries builds people's confidence in you, so that they buy tickets more readily enabling you to run lotteries faster and make more profit. Otherwise I fail to see why would anyone give out items for less than they can sell them on the market if there wasn't something in it for them.

Segil, cool it. Kaede's lotteries are well-trusted, and no matter if they DID buy tickets for free, that wouldn't reduce the value of any tickets that are paid for as each has the same chance of winning. If kaede bought half the tickets with alts and didn't pay for them, he'd make half as much isk from ticket sales and would have a 50% chance of winning the item, it doesn't change anything.
I'd also like #3 please, isk sent.

I`ve been trying to sell my CNR for some time now and Kaede has had good sell rate on her lotteries, so i asked if she could try and lottery away my CNR as i needed ISK.

Here is the first attempt at selling the beauty.
As can be seen i screwed up the Ship Value from the get go.
If anyone had claimed the ship they would have made roughly 500 mill profit... 
As it stands this whole incident is my fault.
I gave the ship to Kaede, i gave her the ship/fitting value and as it stands i will now lose 500 mill ISK from my personal wallet for this mistake to not affect anyone but myself.
I see myself as a man of honor. I keep my word when i give it and i clean up my own mess.
If you don`t trust my word.
If you don`t trust Nyphur`s word.
If you don`t trust VBoy`s word.
Then you are probably not worth convincing.

In the 17 lotteries I have now run, once or twice I have been bashed by people screaming "SCAM", thankfully most people are intelligent enough to ignore it.
I cannot fix the UK lottery, if I could, I think I would be selling GTCs for ISK, since I would be a millionaire. I tend not to buy tickets in my own lottery, once or twice where the tickets were not selling I have bought them, but none in the last 10+ lotteries. Funnily enough, they didn't win.
Anyone can see that my alts cannot win every lottery, if they could, I have a hell of a lot, not to mention in a lot of different, high profile corps and alliances..I must rock at being a spy! 
Again, thank-you to the likes of Nyphur and VBbOY for rushing to my defence, it is very much appreicated.
I will not tolerate trolls, especially from a two day alt who cannot even bother to post with his main. You claim I have no credibility, yet are not willing to put your characters reputation on the line. I will continue to run lotteries because I enjoy giving people the chance to win cool prizes, which they otherwise might never be able to afford.
