As anyone who read the latest devblog will know, nos are getting nerfed. However, the explanation only explains using nos on other players, what I want to know is:
How does this affect nos against NPCs?
As far as I understand from the nerf, this means than any ship using nos for missions/ratting is now completely worthless, as AFAIK npc's don't have capacitor values.
Well done CCP, you just nerfed the domi, raven and pretty much missioning and ratting as a whole.

As far as i know, current NPC's only have a battery that acts as their capacitor, once depleted it doesn't regenerate.

OMFG I CANT NOS RATS!!!
Oh wait, theyre AI controlled automatons who do not learn. Dude, refit your ship so it works without nos, seriously. Its not the end of the world. PvE is a range game. Nerfed the raven? HOW? Most of them are 100km away sniping enemies! (Yes in PvE)
You cant nos from far away before someone makes a post up wondering how this helps. And yes, its more than possible to make a mission boat without NOS. Domi is unspeakably powerful and you still whine about it?!?

So the passive tanked Raven I use to solo level 4 missions (even enemies abound and the extravaganzas no less..) that has no nos installed is now worthless for missions!?! OMG CCP YOU GUYZ SUCK AND I'M CANCELLING ALL MY ACCOUNTS!!

I run lvl 4's in an Abaddon and have no issues whatsoever with cap without using nos. I could really care less
