That would involve boosting Gallente, making Winmatar have a harder time winning. CCP needs their Winmatar winning. |

that would be nice, something similar to the range, damage and ROF implants that all turrets would be nice. Also and HP bonus for them too. |

Introduce drone implants and make them drops from Rogue Drones.
Malcanis' Law: Any proposal justified on the basis that "it will benefit new players" is invariably to the greater advantage of older, richer players.

a development version of PI which allowed to produce skillbooks & implants (and sounds generally closer to what CCP talked about at FF than the finished product) might have existed at some point on Chaos:

Er, the other way around, surely?
Also I'm not sure this is a good idea. The LP store is one of the few major ISK sinks remaining, and we shouldn't advocate anything that compromises that until some of the ISK inflows have been curtailed.
