Seriously the complaints where expected but somone said that his nerf would
'dumben' eve down. Here I am asking where did he drew that conclusion from?
The retooling of nos now requires a SMARTER pilot to use them to the most
effective ability.
Anyways thats my spin on the nerf about making eve players smarter and not
dumber, lets hear your reasons on why it makes players lower itelligence
or higher on the nerf.

If anythign its a whine about a whine.
However there are those out there saying this nerf makes this game simpler...
There doesnt seem to be a shred of evidence to support the simplfying of nos.
This isnt like the titan nerf where it made it simpler to kill such an expensive ship.
This is a retooling on how something works.

The NOS nerf doesn't hurt me any... I just replaced it with something else that's annoying... like on my little Yarrrifter, NOS off rockets on 
Edit* But my condolences go to all you NOS Domi pilots out there... I know this was a real low blow 
Pilgrim/Curse pilots... well you fly amarr ships so I've always felt sorry for you

he no longer has an "I win" button against small ships, therefore it dumbs down the game because he has a chance of losing sometimes

still no work on how it will affect missions and NPC tanking and interactions will they have defined cap etc ?

They nerfed yet another module....people claim 'oh now interceptors can be effective again '. Buhu, a battlehsip will try to stay out of a blasterthrons webrange but no, interceptor pilots cant do that can they?, they just have to orbit and max scramble range and lock a bs down.....none of this 'death by nossing'.
Dumbed down : PVP used to be rock scissor paper, people could fit a ship and look for targets solo. Today you cant because your target will tank you for 10 minutes enough time for his blob to arrive to the rescue. Sure you can go solo, but lets be honest and fece it, very few do stuff solo these days.
Dumbed down fittings : Lowslots....hmm what to choose. All out gank, or all out tank...or possibly something in between? Today you can only chose something in between. You cant fit uber tank, nor uber gank....meaning you know your oponenet will have max 3 damage mods....but why care your ships got a hp increase so its all good.

The retooling of NOS doesn't require smarter pilots to use them.
It requires dumber pilots not to use them.
Edit: and to the poster above ^^^^, don't forget the NOS nerf doesn't affect energy neuts which are FAR more effective on interceptors anyway.
