Anyone have any decent nemesis setups? I just recently trained up covert ops and was really wanting to try one of these out. Also, how useful are the bombs that stealth bombers can use now? Any help would be wonderful, thank you.

Really depends on if you want "veristility" meaning "oh ****, glad I had that".
Hi's
3x cruise launchers(a must for general use)
1x improved cloak
1x misc( you cna either shimmy a offlined remote rep or bomb launcher if you're doing that as I'm unsure on the bomb launcher fitting)
Mid's
Sensor booster is mandatory leaving 3 slots left
You can, pending on what tactics you want, shift these mods around to deal with the rest of your fitting
1/2 damps, always useful but not always needed.
Optional web if you want to counter close frigs.
Fourth slot is fairly useless from what I've experienced, but you can stick a recharger(doesn't have to be good, infact it can be plain T1 as it's only to help keep your SB/damp and possible web going)
I've also seen setups with mwd's or AB's in there
Mid's are pretty much up to you though, but the sensor booster is mandatory to help your res and lock range.
Lows
1xBCU2
1x misc, fit either a prop/hull upgrade or something to help your mids fit.
About bombs though, I've rarely seen them used and even then the only time I have I saw it get second/third top damage on his own friendly.

3 x arby cruise with navy cataclysm
cloak
offlined remote armor
sensor booster
2 x sensor damp (or 3 if in a gang)
24K scrambler (don't try to solo tackle anything with weapons that you can't kill in 1-2 volleys)
whatever in lows. I use cap relays for lack of a better idea
Can't speak to bombs, as I don't have the skill for them atm.
Good for surprise ganks of non-combat ships, T1 frigs and destroyers and for sniping at everything else from range. If an interceptor and/or interdictor charges at you, RUN.
