more than 4 people must have decided to have a 'flob' fight as they are now known and this was too much for CCP's server to handle.
Fleet warfare (CCP's dream) is impossible, the market system (Jita) collapses under its own weight daily and now even small scale battles crash the server.

I feel for you but when I was in the process of collecting like 50M in tags and the server crashed and didn't come back for more than an hour -all the wrecks popped- I was told too bad.
