Im just wanting some info on which "Harwiring" implants missile ship pilots use... as i see there are lots to choose from and dont want to waste isk ect.
My main uses for them are mission running ect in a Raven / Drake

Theres a.. hmm... phenomenon called Supply and demand.
On player produced wares, this normally doesn't apply as you will eventually find a balance, where the supply is high enough to make all modules be just above mineralprice, in some cases even lower due to rat loot.
When it comes to implants - this does not apply. If an implant is very good, very many will want it, and spend a fortune to get it. If they're bad - they will be cheaper. Now this isn't all true, as the droptables are not flat, but it still proves a point.
If an implant is good, they will be more expensive. Because of this, each implant has a time and a role. When your skills tell you you need 5% more powergrid to reach optimal setup, this might help you alot more than the 5% more damage implant that normally would be optimal. And if youre an active pvper, perhaps the 3% damage implant is way better so that you... "don't waste your isk".
My guess for optimal setup of implants, disconsidering fitting would probably be something like this(Missionraven)(In order of slot):
ZMU2000(Alternatives include Crystal Omega and ZMT1000)
ZML1000(Shaqils, KVA2000)
ZMA1000(Zor)
ZMS1000
ZMM1000(Whelan Machorin's, MY-2)

well, considering your running missions in a Drake and a Raven, you would probably want to avoid a damage hardwire in slot 6, as it would only work on one ship. I'd look for more the CPU hardwire, as it might let you fit T2 heavieson a Drake, and easier to fit a XL booster on Raven
My Hardwire setup, specifically for missions.
Slot 6- Cruiise Missile Damage
Slot 7 - max shield
slot 8 - Missile explosion Radius (I run a Cruise Raven)
slot 9 - shield recharge
slot 10 - Launcher ROF
