Pep Talk: - Are you a new or small corp? - Do you want to get to know more people, get new connections with other corps and also meet new people you can choose to co-work with at any time, in any way you want, at your own conditions, without joining an alliance and without any dictators bossing your corp around?
If yes, then keep on reading.
What: - We're not a corp nor a traditional alliance. Pick any alliance you want, if you want one at all, and give it some real love. - At the same time, take part in our network and meet some new friendly people.
We're building a truly democratic community / social network between corps and individuals alike and strive to create a platform for players where they can find trustworthy people with whom they can co-work at cross-corp borders, as individuals or corps, in any way they want, when they want.
If you're a new, small or mid-sized corp and you're worried about your future in EVE or just need to get in touch with a new concept, other players or corps or simply want to get out more of the game by networking and getting more friends, FTS should be the ideal structure for you because of the most obvious reason:
Friendship and trust in EVE is what will take you the furthest up, or down, depending on how you pick your rides ;)
Your corp is: - non-pirate & social - english speaking/writing within the FTS framework - made up of at least some people who play on a regular basis, at least two - three times a week - interested in finding new people to co-work with whenever it suits you all - open minded, mature and not filled with idiots
Visit our well renowned site at http://fts.subcodes.com for more info and read the sections called "About" for a short presentation. Then head to the holy "Codex" and start being impressed ;) Any questions? eveMail eyerouge or pop them in here.
So what are you waiting for? Apply and be with us. ______________________________________________

Thank you for the input. :)
Reason for not having more information in here is two-folded:
i) This works like an ad. As such, it's supposed to be kept short. In the long run it's probably read by more people in contrast to a long one.
ii) The very core of the project is outlined: It's democratic, it's of free will, it's a network/community. From that a lot of things follow. Yes, it's hardly like we don't have more details to give - I just happen to believe that those are enough for a person, in general, to decide if he wants to know more or not. If so, a click isn't perhaps all that hard to perform.
There is also an additional and technical reason: The eve-forum is scrooge when it comes to the number of allowed characters in a post, but that isn't really an unsolvable problem or the real reason for our layout. Lastly, our site also offers a way to structure the project way better than this forum.
I hope this makes some sense and that you'll dare make "the click" if you're interested in the concept. Else we thank you for the interest nonetheless.

Only available to those who can "absorb" the concept!!!
No really I must say that networking in EVE is very new, this is the bread and butter of FTC.
You have nothing to lose, yet so much to gain.

Yeah, what a pity. You should mention in the very first line that this is nothing for people that enjoy PvP.

Thanks for the criticism, it's the first time we hear it and it's of value. I'll personally add it to our FAQ the next time it's revised. I also apologize for a maybe unclear posting, and will try to rectify:
i. On the contrary - it can't matter at all if you are a PVP:er or not: Social networking, getting friends and choosing to co-work in whatever way fits you is independent of the ingame play style (unless you of course are not interested in socializing or this specific concept).
ii. As can perhaps be suspected, most of the bumps aren't hardcore scientifical statements and shouldn't be taken as such. What we are is outlined both in the original post (the top one) and also at our site - not in the bumps. From the actual info the conclusion can really only be that a system of social interaction and other types isn't less favorable for a pvp:er then it would be for say a miner.
iii. It might be just my subjective understanding of what a care bear is: I'm aware that it for many players refers to a non-pvp:er. On the other hand, I don't see why pvp:ers couldn't be care bears internally by doing acts in their social surroundings that help their fellow comrades. So, in essence, most team-players are more or less care bears if you focus on the caring of others - which you'd do even if you give feisty weapon bonuses to your pvp-friends or if you happen to help a newb in your corp. In either case, forget about this third paragraph as it's subjective and the first two are more than enough to clarify.
Hopefully this helped out - drop by any time if you're interested in the concept. ______________________________________________
