Consider 20 of your friends shooting a battleship. EVERYONE OF YOUR PROJECTILES SHOOTS THE BRIDGE.

I guess you haven't figured out the combat graphics, dynamics, whatever, is very rudimentary. They have web/scram since you can't damage the engines on a target. They have devices that can penetrate shields that are up, but don't damage the ship using them. It's a very simplified, surprisingly enough, arrangement for a game that's allegedly emphasizing combat.
So, yeah. You hit one spot since there's one spot to hit.
Anyone with any sense has already left town. |

Its becuase everyone trains stuctural analysis to lvl 3 at least.

what you all fail to realize is that capsuleers vision of reality is warped and twisted by the nav computer and your implants.
In reality space has no sounds, no pew pew, and everybody just flies big spherical metallic capsules that have weird antennas shooting STUFF.
It's so dull the implants/puters make you believe you are flying in a specific ship design, but reality would be so mind shattering now to the psyche it's better to keep the illusion.
