what would happen if you go to log in 1 day and the little msg thingy said basically:
'the law is on strike. no police for 24 hours in empire, we go have coffee and donuts'

Think of low sec and 0.0 as high sec, but with Concord on strike... Indefinitely. And there's your answer.

The carebears whine because they get blobbed, the gankers whine because the carebears have Concord to assist them.
Fact is Eve as a whole meets virtually ALL players desires. Those who dont want to PVP can live relatively killmail free in high sec, those who want to blow stuff up have vast amounts of low sec and 0.0 areas in which to do so.
Whats ironic is carebears dont whine they cant go into low sec, they know it. But the gankers sure cry like little girls that they cant PVP whenever they want in high sec....
Who really is the loudest whiners? Hmmm......
got loads of targets where i'm at, no probs. just an idea for a bit of fun, break things up a bit ya know.

all the people that are mining and producing should be happy, think of the increased sells they would get. if they want to stay at home or just run around in shuttles and watch, make shuttles invincible with no cargo space or mass for the day. i bet more than a few of those in shuttles would actually run back and grab a ship after a little bit
