Royal Crimson Lancers is a small PvP corp and while we are recruiting actively at the moment it is my intention to not bring the corp above 20 members at any given time.
We are small and will remain small. We are not out to re-invent the wheel or conquer the universe. We are here to kill people and make isk anyway possible, but mostly we are there to kill people.
Summer caused a drop in activity and while we recruit and wait for people to come back (who are coming back) you will need to be content operating on your own at times. Right now we have 5-6 active players in different timezones and while this will be improved, it is as it is.
We are a laid back corp with no rules and no regulations. All we ask is an interest in killing and a pride in your profession- becoming the best PvPer you can.
Situated in Placid region - system Dastryns
Operational area is the immediate surrounding area with roaming gangs conducting skirmish and jack-in-the-box ops along the low-sec route.
Conduct:
Ransoming
Extortion
War-deccing
and whatever else we need to make isk.
We got KB and TS
No forum warfare or smack in local is tolerated
Anyone can apply but acceptance is dependant on the result of a personal convo or chat on TS.
No alts or players under the age of 16 will be accepted.
 We ask that you have prior PvP experience
and
A minimum of 5 mill SP
or
Enough SP to compensate for lack of experience

Recruitment is progressing quicker then at first anticipated and we have recruited several mid level players.
While we are still open to interesting individuals i am growing more interested in specialized players rather than generalists.
Considering the tactics and goals i am especially interested in:
-Recon pilots
-Capital pilots
-EW pilots (Jamming and/or Dampening)

RCLAN only recruits in a passive manner.
While we keep an eye on who`s looking for a corp, we rarely actively approach them. Exceptions being those we have prior knowledge of or have relations with.
Most people looking for a corp get swamped by corps looking for members..
Rapid growth is of no concern for RCLAN. We seek a competent growth with longterm members who actively wish to participate in the direction of the corp rather then reaping the benefits that [other] competent members provide..
We aim for a small, but highly skilled and highly competent organization.

We prefer to fly in small groups of pilots who know what they are doing (or have the right attitude to learn what to do) over flying with large groups of pilots who have no clue at all.
We do fly T2 gangs. We do expect our pilots to give their best in combat. We do pirate. We do War Dec. We are open to contracts.
We are Royal Crimson Lancers and we are open for business.

To bad the other war target decided to disband and try and talk crap on the forums. Oh well, didnt work, he looks like an idiot. Onto other bigger and more important things.
If your looking to war dec corps, make money from looting their destroyed ships and generally make people cry while we steal their assets, RCLAN is for you. Oh and the odd mission or two.
As outlined above, we have a few requirements for entry into our small brotherhood.

Are you tired of blob sniping?
Are you tired of fleet battles decided by numbers and assets instead of strategy?

Well get off your lazy horses (and asses) and pirate something besides MP3's and asses (and horses).
RCL is a team composed of pirates capable of operating both in gang and in solo combat. We run around terrorizing all manners of strange looking creatures, and every once in a while find ourselves in a last ditch battle against political activists frowning upon our sadistic acts. But then they drop some loot into the pirate-tipping jar - and we consider it another customer well served.
A moment ago, we came a across a battlecruiser packing fresh meat. So we took the escape pods, and destroyed the rest of the ship. But as it turned out the escape pods were filled with dairy produce.
Last night, we came across some battles, killed 3 lost 1. But we lost 1 only because some space panda 12 jumps away was ovulating.
The night before that, we scanned for the funny smell in our system and found that it was actually a funny taste.
The night before that, we pirated a shipment marked "sugar."
I have no memory of anything before that.

WAR! PIRATING! ISK! all my fav things, since joining last week ive had a great time, my sec is now looking better and i still get to fly solo but have lots of opotunity to fly with the gangs.
Scanned down some targets, chased down some targets and killed loads of targets... just another night with the Royal Crimson Lancers.
Organisation.
Understanding.
TEAM WORK.
Communication.
This is how we win...
Fun.
Excitment.
Tense Action.
Its what you make it...
Joining up is something you wont regret, i certainly dont and ive been made to feel very welcome.

Kick ass no-nonsense corp!
I also joined a few days ago, after not playing for allmost half a year. It took 2 days to get me fully back into the eve-rush!
Prepare for some friggin' action here, teamwork is just EXTRAORDINARY. Loads of kills from small catches to the huge fishes!
Some amazingly good leaders here and i am damn glad i'm on their side

Joining RCLAN now will put you in the cross-hairs of a number of corporations.
While we are still not as hated as before the reformation we are quickly getting there. The locals have been stirred and we have a number of wars in the pipes.
Life in RCLAN is about to get interesting.

Things are looking good so far guys.. Getting ourselves into quite a bit of trouble, but that`s how i like it.
Teamwork or solo - this corp is about the killing. You`re not joining to rat or get rich. You`re joining to kill people by any means available, it`s that simple..

Important notice:
Due to numerous wars we are no longer accepting accplications from unknown players.
While we are continously looking for the right people and will always have a slot open for the dedicated pirate/PvP individual we have spent all slots available to mid-level and unknown players.
From now on we are seeking experienced PvPers with solo and gang leader compentencies.

We`re going to recruit a few more players.
As we`ve got 3 longterm wars going and they`ve already tried multiple times to get alts into the corp, we are rejecting alot of applicants.
If you are a PvPer or Pirate with a genuine interest in griefing and causing death and feel you have skills and assets that our corp can aid in expressing, convo me or Port22. Alternatively you can leave a post here and we`ll start the vetting process.
We are always interested in skilled PvPers.

I've been leaning closer and closer into pirating because of the one real corp experience I had was extremely boring (guarding a POS setup anyone?)
Anyway, I do have low SPs but I have a firm grasp of the game and I want to be able to just pvp and not worry about too much of the stuff that non pirate corps have to worry about.
I'm not the most experienced pilot as I only have 1 kill so far and currently I'm gearing up to be an ewar/tank raven. You can stop laughing now.

The ingame channel has been closed by "Password" due to the number of wars and hostilities we are engaged in. At this point there are simply too many people wanting info on us.
If you wish to join the channel to speak to members regarding joining the corp- convo me and i`ll think about it.
As previsouly mentioned we are looking for players with PvP/piracy experience and will except those whose applications we conclude to be sincere.
5 out of 6 applications have been denied. We`re only looking for those who actually know combat or have compensatory skills that can help the corp achieve it`s goal.
