Ive had a look in the information portal but cant see anything official
is the lottery over ?
are there any more bpo to be given out
any point in me keeping my rp or should i convert to datacores ?

Yes it's over, the chance of getting something now is around 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% (thats the bpo someone declined over time or forgot to picup)

It is over, the only way to get a BPO is to buy one from the player.

Yes, but, from what I have seen, after scanning few ships around Nuyabien, or however you spell it, usually after a major t2 sale on forums, people transport their bpos in tanked command ships and in tanked battleships all rigged to hell and back. I discretley scanned them just to see.
One guy had 500 bookmarks in his cargohold and a t2 bpo, by the time my scanner loaded all the items he was long gone, smart if you ask me. no more easy kills of haulers with t2 bpos.

do they actualy still reseed blueprints that are on inactive and banned accounts? pretty sure they used to do that

they did that with a band of alleged isk sellers, fueled by those BPOs
or so i heard..
not sure if that is applied to players/corps with just one (meager) bpo
