Nightfang	Posted - 2004.02.01 22:39:00 - [4] I have Evasive Maneuvering at lvl 5 now and just a few days left for Gallente frigate 5. Eagerly awaiting - be cool to be able to fly should they suck anyway... and Evasive Maneuvering is good to have at a high level anyhow!

I am pretty sure that line you are referring to means "You will receive 5% bonus per ship skill level" just put in a simpler way since it's assumed anyone who flies the ship will have a 25% bonus modifier anyhow. It would be the logical step considering CCP policy is that noone will be gameplay-wise punished for picking a race, but that they can "become" the other race by simply training that races' skills.
Severus Trajan	Posted - 2004.02.02 08:24:00 - [20] Pah, just started training for Amarr Frigate V this morning. Evasive Maneuvering still at level IV only, unfortunately. The Crusader looks pretty good stats-wise, and looks like it will be able to fit a MWD with the proper skills. The speed and agility of an Executioner coupled with an MWD, if feasible, would make it pretty durn...fast.
Nightfang	Posted - 2004.02.02 08:33:00 - [21] I'd be training for Amarr too if it wouldn't have been for the fact that laser weapons are totally weak, especially on PvP frigates. They suck too much cap needed for other things on a frigate (namely MWD + various med slot items) and have a very low damage rate over time. Blasters on the other hand do more damage per second than some of the higher end battleship guns. :)
