Granted this may have been discussed previously but the spam can situation is getting silly. Institute some way other then the trade channel, wich is a pain in the butt, for players to market thier items, or even advertise for recruitment. Some mechanism for ingame mass advertising I think would benefit many folks and hopfully limit the spam can problem.

As stated in the chats n such, they've realized through the "use of cans as advertizements that the ability to advertize is a needed feature" sooooo they're workin' on it. But we know how that sometimes goes. 
I do seriously hope they put in player owned billboards being able to display whatever you want. Obviously they wont be cheap, so it would cut down on the crap-boards. Maybe even have it where need a "licence" from the empire to put a billboard in there space. More expensive depending where you put it. I.E. jumpgate, station, middle of freakin nowhere with a warp disruptor to drop people out of warp just to view your ad.. (agressive advertizing..heh)
Gotta have a choice of what other "content" you want to display on your board. Maybe a discount to show the random bounty, or concord ad. You could go so far as to take monthly ISK payments for advertizing OTHER corps. (start an advertizing oriented corp anyone?)
