1. Think you're in 0.0 and blow up the first nub you see
2. Fall asleep on gate during empire war
3. spend 15 minutes trying to drop a raven only to get ganked by calvary
4. flip the wrong persons can
5. warp into a 10/10 and **** everything off at once
6. don't bother to send a scout ahead while trucking through low sec
7. check if gang of angry hostiles is following... they are...
8. forget to fill up on cap charges
9. jump into high sec with -10 ss
10. get probed out while your smacking on local
and then some..

1. Make the mistake of trying to have a fight with more than 50 people involved and die while watching a colourful slideshow.
2. Get de-synched, think you've warped off the battlefield, get killed. Fail to show up in any logs.
3. Believe CCP's statements about the latest patch/hardware upgrade and attempt 1 or achieve 2.
4. Mistakenly think that as time passes lag and bugs should decrease and then die in a situation in which you would have survived/had more than 1/4fps 6 months previously.

1. Believe your faction cruiser can tank a titan DD
2. Warp to a random moon in 0.0 for a quick washroom break
3. "I can run this gate camp, I know I can"..in a hauler..
4. Intel channel is clear must be no activity
5. We destroyed 600 goon last night, free to undock.. (to 600 more waiting outside)
6. Jump into 3 bs's solo in a raven, waiting for fighter support from friendly carrier, friendly carrier forgot fighters at station after repairs.
7. "I'm gonna pwn this vaga in my apoc"
8. Hmm starmap shows only 1 jump in the last hour.
9. "Afk, my hulk can tank these bs's for a couple mins"

1. playing cat and mouse with the enemy, the enemy decides to drop a cap ship on you (at least you feel privileged after you've died)
2. calling somewhat inebriated gang leader a noob because of some really noobish mistakes he's making meanwhile flying around close to him in a crappy t1 frig
3. forgetting to reset autopilot that btw was set to shortest route which incidentally leads through 0.0, jump into first system that you think is going to be low sec and see an interdictor bubble, "oh ****" will be the last thought you'll have before your death
4. alcohol + warp scrambling rats + feeling invincible
5. low sec snipers + autopilot
6. believing "pipe is completely clear, i just gone through 5 minutes ago"
7. sitting afk in a re-named shuttle in a safespot thinking no one is going to waste their time probing you out as there are many shuttles scattered around
8. falling asleep during a gate camp
9. warp to 0m to a gate in a frigate and meet there the smartbombing battleship that has been sitting there waiting for you
10. testing out some unconventional setup against sentry guns
