Edited by: Olhar on 10/08/2007 05:27:40 How can I take 2 ships in to same station/location? I mean if I have to buy it somewhere else and I want to mine with jetcans and stuff, so I would have an Osprey and an industrial ship in the same place.?

Buy it at the same station of course. This may cost a bit more though. (just being thorough)
Or, if this isn't an option, either supply or cost, buy a shuttle where you are and fly it to the location. Then either sell the shuttle, reprocess it and sell its minerals, or repackage it and put it in your ship to haul back to the original station.
I used to get It. Then It changed. Now I don't even know what It is.

There's also travelling in your pod. (NOT recommended for anyplace where someone might want to shoot at you) Simply dock, right-click on your ship, leave ship. Now that you're in your pod, undock and go get your new ship. (And do remember that you're completely defenseless other than being able to get into warp almost instantly) Other than that, grab a shuttle like the man said. (or that spare Velator (or whatever Rookie ship you have) to make the journey.) _______________________________

Buying shuttles is pointless. If you are in a system with more then one station then all you need to do is leave your ship in the the station and warp to another station in your pod. If you don't have any ships in that station you will get a rookie ship for free which you can then fly to get your new ship. (Yes there is a very small danger of being just in a pod but you will only be in one for a few seconds this way)
When you get the new ship just trash the rookie ship and you're done. No garbage in left all over the place and you can get your new ship to the same station that your other one is in. It's all fun and games ... |

the shuttle is a fair sight faster if you intend to autopilot a few jumps while you go visit the head... Rookie ships have never been known for their blazing speed.

A shuttle can potentally reach speeds of 600km, trust me its worth it when traveling to get a new ship.

Fixed it for you , and even higher if you're traveling with a gang or have implants/hardwirings in your head. For autopiloting, they're the best choice most of the time.
