(Tank CEO is the name of an existing character, using the same name while only changing the last letter to a 0 will make it look exactly the same ingame, which is not allowed.)

It was changed for impersonating another player, which is a EULA violation. You can petition to get another name which follows the naming rules and isn't impersonating anyone.
