Then I came back in a bestower and finished off 3/4 of everything he had. You know what he did? He laughed, made some conversation, made a frowny face :( and went on with his business. You know what I said? I'll never steal from you again, because now I like you. My personal favorite so far was the guy who we took three jetcans from who decided that jetcan reclamation and salvage work was so much faster and easier that he started asking for tips on how to best go about joining our illustrious and respected profession.

Of course he would have blown him up if he could, because thats part of the game too. And the OP would have gone "ouch, nice one" and been a good sport too. Just because you're trying to kill each other, doesn't mean you have to throw hissy fits at each other --------

Hehe, I can laugh now because I was so Naive. 5 hammerhead drones on his HAC. This was before I understood what an HAC was. Hell, it just looked like a cruiser to me. So he brought my Retrevier down to structure and I pulled in the drones and took the beating like a man. I accepted the lost ship.... and then he let up...wondering why I brought the drones back in. Well, like you mentioned, I was playing the game. You win some, you lose some, and I made a poor choice to attack, but it was still only a game. We joked about how close I was to losing my first retreiver because he applauded my lame attempt to protect "my" stuff. SO I guess it can go either way. Some people like the fact that they are willing to lose it all, while others applaud when you accept the inevitable (loss of mins from theft.) That is just my story. Hamfast Gallente	Posted - 2007.08.10 19:29:00 - [12] As a miner (not this miner) I have been known to put out a jet-can with some ore in it and change the name to Reflect it was an Ore thief's payment... it had a lot more ore in it then he would have gained from the normal jet-can I used as I have my Hauler Driver on another account... But he was fun and laughing in local, not bad mouthing folks and being a prat. It seems if we remember we are all in this for the fun, we will all have more of it (fun that is) None of us is as dumb as all of us...
