So 66 is now in RSF control and this time they can get their capitals in.
9-9 BoB has been throwing battleships at because GS has a cynojammer in it so no BoB capitals getting in.
From the map it looks like RA has a forward base in Feyth, and people are saying the fight has moved to D2E. I assume thats the one RA has claimed?
So whats going on in these systems?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Because posting on the forums is serious business. |

Just the normal pew pew, kind of where the action has been the last few weeks. Lots of lag, lots of ships exploding, much pos spammage, the war just still grinding on, nothing really too terribly exiting tbh.

RSF conduct operation "House Cleaning" in 9-9. Boring POS shotting. BoB just having fun in 9-9 with skirmishes. 5 BOB larges popped so far.

Right now in 9-9 RSF is busy destroying POSes as they come out of reinforced (4/8 destroyed as I speak), while a very outnumbered Bob+Finfleet+others try to get a few kills here and then. Imho their hit & run csot them at least as much as it cost us, and they lose on average more isks per ship.
I saw a Bob sacrilege come out of the pos shield, taunt us a bit, then come back in the shield at half armor. To bad for him, missiles kept following him at he lost his ship. Several HAS/BS, instead of warping back in the POS shield, landed 10km away, and they got swarmed.
They tried to bring reinforcments with several small gangs, but each time a few fast ships get past it, while the slow ships are overwhelmed.
The fifth tower just went Boom. But it's guns keep firing, and inflicting damage, and incapacited pos scramblers do the same. Go figure. Two other towers needed a GM intervention before they could be locked, after they went out of reinforcment.
Another engagment, just a few minutes ago. Bob jumped in a gang of 15-20 heavy ships (another reinforcment wave), and the local Bobs warped in sniping position to support them. There was a lot of lag, but it was still playable. After a few minutes bob warped away, their main gang apparently more or less intact but with their reinforcment gang obliterated. No idea about what they killed, but I didn't see many blue wrecks.

BoB's suiciding fleets into 9-9 to save POSes. 9-9 has had 51% large coverage for 6 weeks so the online BoB POSes have been wasted this whole time, but now that Goons are destroying them in BoB's primetime, BoB put on this show of force.
The POSes are still being killed (none saved so far) and BoB's fleets are being blown up because they don't know how to jump into a bubble camp due to relying on jumpbridges for so long.
I think it's some kind of team building exercise.

What is the use of BoB fighting in 9-9?
They won't get anything from this! Even if all their towers would be saved (some are already destroyed!) they wouldn't have gained anything because they won't get pos majority, the other side has more as same as they had all the while now. So what is all the fighting about? Makes no sense at all to me.

Well if they destroy all the BoB POS's then:
1) RSF can take down many saving much money on fuel and redeploy them later.
2) Some BoB have many ships dock in the POSes, might as well use them before they are all lost anyways.

now they can't take down the POS and put them up somewhere else. There's 20+ bob pos in 9-9 so that's A LOT of isk to lose.

So that RSF couldn't brag about killing even more towers, while BoB has been unable to kill any larges in months. Unfortunately that failed so now RSF can brag about killing towers while also killing off BoB fleets.

about d2e the real fight there didn't strated. One Pos attack attempt was made yesterday by bob but was not finalized and the action today turned quickly back into 9-9 with the multiple bob POS coming out of reinforced. RSF goes forward slowly but surely, today one more system will be cleaned.
I appreciate to see that BoB try, even outnumbered, to bring some pew-pew and does not just give up. It's a nice evening I had in 9-9 today, even if I did not get many kills, at least there were lots of action. Too bad it's becoming more and more laggy as the battle goes on.
Some buggs occured also, pos stuck in reinforced after end of count down, pos guns firing even after the pos exploded , etc. But GMs are quickly solving the issues and unstucking the bugged strutures. Hopefully we ll not have too much more of these bugs.
the day is finished for me but i m looking forward to see the result of the battle tomorow morning on my forums ^^ Good luck to those still fighting tonight

It's laggy, but there's really nothing to see here. We're taking out bob deathstars and they are sending in token forces to defend them but it isn't working. We've got a better RATIO today on all fronts. But as the rise guy said earlier, the real battle will be D2E. And when we win that, the really real battle will be the RIT triangle.

This is going to sound like :tinfoil: to the others, but I've been really lucky with lag as well today. BoB aren't really trying to save the towers, just trying to wear some of us down while we're here. They've pretty much failed.
