5 offices in Stain have recently been made available to me. I am looking to sell them preferably to SA members, but this offer is also open for any outside corporation wanting to gain a foothold in this very exclusive region.
All 5 stations have reprocessing/repair/factories/markets available.
The systems are:
D9D-GD
O5Y3-W
O-FTHE
NRT4-U also contains a medical facility
90-ZTS aso contains labs
These will go to the highest bidder
The winners of this auction will be contacted saturday the 7th of February to close this deal.
U may bid individually or on all these offices.
Answer me either trough Eve Mail or directly via this thread.
I'll try and post an update on the current bidding price in the middle of the week to give you guys a ball park figure.

The reserve price have not been met yet, i'm a very patient man & i won't let them go under their tru worth. 10 mil is much too low per office, only seriously interested people need apply. Let me remind you that these offices are located on the fringe of the eve galaxy. Where rare ore can be found and NPCs are top notch.
Yes an alliance claims the territory, i won't lie to you. But the political makup of Eve is fluid and ever changing, u never know when an area might be open in the future.
What i'm offering here is a rare chance for you to own sum of the top real estate in game right now. Once they are sold I'm betting you won't see any Sancha offices for sale for a very long time.
