Reposted because corwin is being a twit. I have emailed [email protected] and I am waiting for a response. I have been waiting for the last 6 days.
Corwin - The only reason this discussion is being attempted is because the COMMUNITY is the one that is petitioning against me so I feel the need for the COMMUNITY to discuss it. If you have some umbrage against it, feel free to post in it. Either that or lock it again. God forbid free discussion take place.
Since ive waited almost a week for the response to what I sent to support@eve, and having no response, ive decided to throw this to the forums.
Everyone knows that im annoying, I know that im annoying. No need to state the obvious in replies.
Aparrently though, some people have decided that im annoying enough in trade that they should petition me. It worked. Ive been banned twice, the first time for 1 day and the second for 3 days. Next time is a week and I don't care what happens after that because I will just ebay my account off (7mil sp builder/refiner goes for a few bucks).
I always thought eve was the kind of game where you could do whatever you want and if the player's decided they didn't like it they would do something about it! Aparrently some people just can't handle the freedom eve has. With all the meta-whining against me, only two people have ever had the balls to do something about me: Zincol and Psychopath (same corp). They declared war (ineffective but symbolic) against the corp im in. Everyone else instead files petitions and whines.
I don't see the problem with me, perhaps some people would care to explain it? If you right click my name, and go to the communicate menu, there is the block function. It works very well, and I don't try very hard to evade it. I don't send people lame one liner emails (as others have done to me) proclaiming various things, I just do my thing in trade. Im very easy to ignore, many people do.
I would like to remind people that rules that are used against me can be used against them. Since I have been banned - twice - for having a potty mouth, the same tool of harassmant can and will be used against them. I have no umbrage with people who argue against me, untill the complaints are enforced with the will of the game masters.
Im sick of this crap. It seems the EVE community can't handle freedom. Bleh.
PC on a nice builder/refiner account? The subscription ends on the 20th.

CHUMSICLE ... for real man ... why don't you just chill out? I'm not one to say people are annoying or not or whatever, but you gotta chill if u've been banned twice. They won't cry over permanently banning you.

CHUMSICLE, having watched you on the Trade channel I can say without question:
You are an arrogant, pain in the ass that seems to enjoy driving people completely up a wall.
That said, actually taking any of it seriously would be like taking Homo Erectus' chain yanking in local to heart. Or Stavros' End YourselfÖ or anyone elses.
Seriously, I think there's another dimension to it. Since the ability is there to block people (and so long as you don't violate the rules concernity decency, aka foul language/racism), the fact that you're not blocked in order for people to petition says something:
They don't want to block you incase you might have something they want.

You treat the trade chan like it is your corp chat. It is bad enough to log on and try to find something, amidst the constant spam and ads like the one dalman made example of, but having to sort thru what me your bps are, and how many moas u made last hr, and on and on and on and on.
Dude, make some friends, join/start a corp. Chat in the race specific chans. Chat in the noob chans giving advice. etc etc.
Oh and I agree with cao cao

Um welcome to reality, they are doing something they are geting you banned. There is no where real or virtual your actions will not have counter actions. Best you take this as a lesson in life and move on.
