3 Cruise Launchers, Prototype Cloak II, whatever else you can fit that makes you happy enough to take the thing out and shoot at stuff.

My setup is:
3 x Cruise Missile Launchers (with Cataclysm), 1 x Improved Cloaking Device II
2 x Sensor Boosters, 2 x Remote Sensor Dampeners
2 x Overdrive Injectors
Should preferably be all tech 2 and really good named stuff, although a complete tech 2 fit with the above won't work cpu wise, so you'll have to compromise with reasonably good named gear with low cpu requirements.

Solo setup:
for the high I use the same (except i use thermal AND explosive missile)
Also 3 arbalest cruise missile (best named)
mid: 1sensor booster (named or t2), passive targeter, 2sensor dampener t2
low: 1 dmg mod for missile (cant remember the name), and overdrive or cap power relay
Gang setup:
High: the same
mid: 1mwd, sensorbooster t2, 2 sensor damp t2
low: overdrive or cruise missile dmg mod
(fitting the mwd might be hard, you have to chose between some t2 or best named)
