I'm here to auction this character with the following skills.
*Current Skills*
He can jump right into a Hulk and has very high mining skills. All learning is at level 4, Adv Learning skills didn't exist when I trained this character.  He can also fly Amarr BS.
Current attributes are as follows:
Intelligence 12
Perception 9
Charisma 10
Willpower 15
Memory 15
This character has no implants.
Sec status is 0.5 and location is at Arvasaras (0.5).
Character owns a single Maller but that's it. Wallet is positive, just.
Auction rules:
Starting bid: 800 million ISK
Reserve: None
Minimum increase: 200 million
Buyout: 2.5 billion
Auction Ends: 21:00 EST on Thursday 16 August 2007
Additional Info: Transfer Fee Paid by me and ISK paid to 'Calico Runner'

how close is this toon away from flying a transport ship?

You are correct Drgnvale. EVEMon tells me it will take 41 days, 2 hours, 2 minutes and 20 seconds before Rbn Hood can fly an Impel or Prorator. Of course, that is with current stats and no implants.
Current high bid is 1 billion ISK.
