Yes I know its boring, but I just want something nice and easy and money making to do on my alt whilst my main is not active.
I see many ISK farmers use ravens with torps (and a cloak grr) so these must be the most effective setup, so what is the best setup / tactics?
ISK is not a problem (only T2 though and rigs - no faction) so I would appreciate the low down on this.

Why thank you for your polite reply.
A simple nudge in that direction would have sufficed, but instead your smart-arse remark makes you sound like a mardy git.
Thanks for your advice however. |

Med Shield Booster II Shield Amp II 3x Rat specific hardeners II Cap Recharge II
4x BCS II 1x PDS II
Contrary to what anyone else tells you that is all the tank you need and it runs indefinitely. Which means you can have the 4 BCS in the lows for the added DPS, and you don't need to shell out millions for faction/officer modules or rigs. Unless you're fighting blood raiders. In which case swap out a BCS for a PDS and swap the cap recharge for another shield amp.

Edited by: Dragon Lord on 12/08/2007 23:52:41 I find 6 arby seige, can use t2 but there harder to fit, CL-5 xl booster, boost amp, 2 t2 invuls a t2 sensor booster and a t2 target painter. 3 bcu's t2 and 2 cap flux coils t2, 3 ccc's in the lows. Works well gets a quick lock and the targets are half dead before they even start shooting u.

Pfft, passive tank. Six Siege, a Cloak, a Large T2 SB for high 3-4* Large Shield Extenders, plus 2-3 Rat Spec Hardeners. 2-3 Shield Power Relays, 2-3 Ballistic Control Units.
The rats won't beat your tank so you don't have to worry about watching the screen (just pick an out of the way system to avoid pirates), if you get board go to a SS & cloak for a bit to go watch TV, and if you do get attacked by a Nano use the Smartbomb on its drones... what else can you think of to put in the other high besides a SB?

tractor and salvager is nice unless you only want the isk bonties... That wouldn't be ideal in the drone regions though.
Cheap setup:
6 x malkuth siege c5-L X-Large, SB Amp I, 3 named hardeners, 1 PWNAGE 3 x BCS, 1-2 PDS, 0-1 Damage Control
It works - and easy/cheap to replace... I used it once and I'd do it again if I needed a cheap raven for ratting.
Pinky - I'm a nice guy!!
