And I think you'll be surpised that many serious players of your game won't mind a thing to pay "something" as a barrier if their proper petition is handled faster and not halted by petitionspam from idiots. You even could restitute the cost when the petition is justified if you think its "too much", as you said. I still disagree, premium service should not include Customer Support. Closest would be to have a faster response for cash version, but I don't like that either. Everyone should be treated equally when it comes to getting help from our Customer Support people. Your Petitioningsystem is very open now towards making all sorts of inquiries and requests for investigation. With more players coming to your game and plans to grow further you have a loose tiger in your office with the current system. How about, the most ridiculous petitions, as voted by the GMs. Get to be put on the forums for public ridicule? And then, every month, the most ridiculous of those (player vote this time) gets put on a billboard owned by CCP in the middle of Times Square for a month? I do agree that many petitions are about things that really should never have been petitioned, one thing that comes to mind are cases where the player thinks his ship and his stuff was so much better than the person or NPC who killed him there just has to be something wrong, or people who petitions rookie ships for reimbursement, but information would probably be better than punishment. We also expand hire more GMs from time to time.
