EDIT: I think the general 15-min sniper rule will extend the auction end by 15 minutes from the last valid bid.

Hmm I have no interest in the actual items because the bids went higher than I'm willing to go, but I think its generally accepted that 15 clear minutes must pass without a bid before the auction ends and that before the end anyone can bid on any item. According to that logic, this auction hasn't finished. But if there's any evidence to the contrary I'm happy to be corrected.
