I was getting 34km on t2 warp disruptors with my lvl 4 claymore before, the skirmish warfare links, and the implant, and now with command ship 5, instead of being 3% BETTER, I've been downgraded to 32km. What the heck? I don't know if the same happened to my speed and sig radius either... I don't remember what I was getting before with those.
Any other souls that were patient enough to train command ship 5 notice this?

OP is claiming he gets better range on his warp disruptor II with the command ship level at 4 instead of 5.
OP: If you are serious try bug report it... at least let ccp take a look. Before you do plz test it and make sure you have tested under same conditions. With luck you might be able to go on test server and test it with level 4 still.

Last i remember i got 32km with lvl 4+implant etc..i think you remember it wrong..

It's not that uncommon for things to work like this in EVE. For example Absolution while having more damage potential with CS lvl5 has a lot better cap efficiency on CS lvl4. Another similar skill is IIRC Drone Navigation, if you train that to lvl5 drones orbit too fast and won't hit a thing while lvl4 makes drones just plain nuts in terms of orbiting speed.

It's one of the confirmed drone bugs, the actual status varies from patch to patch. Afaik it's currently broken again.

WRONG!!!!!!!!!! drone nav only affects drone MWD speed... not orbit speed :)

Have you looked at the stats for the Skirmish Warfare Mindlink - Interdiction Manuevers?
I have maxed skill with implants, and mine is 38.8125 % . Which is accurate when I did the maths for it. 33,15 km on scramblers. So I think that you remember wrong or maybe the "show info" on the item didn't display the correct values.
