Hi there,
I'm a new player (about a month now) so don't get fooled by my chars age. quit/play again. but anyways I saw this nice contract on the market. At least thats what i thought. 1 celestis and 3 rigs. the rigs were worth WAY more then the contract buyout price in my region so the plan was to do a buyout. sell the celestis straight away and transport the rigs back to my own region where the prices are way higher.
This is the contract:
All said and done, i did buy-out and let the contract be delivered. But to my surprise (and/or noobness) i only found a celestis on my hangar. the rigs where nowhere to be found!? So i thought d*mn the rigs are already attached. But second thought, then there would be noway the rigs could show up on the contract OR if it did, you never know if you buy a ship AND rigs or a ship EQUIPPED with rigs.
Am i missing something here? Help would be greatly appreciated so i don't make the same mistake twice.

the rigs will be already fitted to the ship. the seller can't remove rigs from the ship to sell everything seperatley so will have sold it as a 'bundle' below their normal market price to try and get at least some ISK back for the rigs.
all you will be able to do is again sell the ship via contracts whole, and try and get a better price, or repackage the ship... lose the rigs and sell it on the market.
for future reference, if you see a ship on contracts with rigs included they're probably already fitted. just start a conversation with the seller and they should be happy to let you know for sure.
edit: anything sold with modules already fitted... will just show up as a list of items (the ships + modules) you won't know if they're fitted or not without speaking to the seller as far as i know

If you look closely you can see that there is a space from the contracts left edge to where the name of the rigs are located (compare with the ship itself) this indicates that they are already attached.
Any "loose" items in the contract would show up without this space.

Thanks for the info guys, i destroyed the rigs by repackaging, had no clue. Lesson learned the hard way. :-(
