The fact that Mittens actually thinks that he made CCP do his biding is what I find funny.

The loss of revenue and player protest are what made CCP change direction. Not Mittens and his cohorts going to Iceland. Nothing will change the direction a company takes more then the loss of revenue. You can talk your ass off all day and it will gain you nothing. Until the margins start to shrink, that's when change happens.

This is a very old discussion and Hilmar is aware of the problem.

However, they can't do much about it and with things like the latest survey I don't think they have their heads screwed on right. They are forgetting to take the CSM with a pinch of salt or just outright ignore them.

oddly enough, since then CCP has decided to focus on a particular aspect of the game and it appears to have worked out pretty damn well
