To appease Whitedwarf I would like to start this thread to try and establish a rough, and I mean rough guide to PvPer to none PvPer ratio.
Now to fit into PvPer catagory you have to spend 90% of your time in Eve hunting PC's either as a pirate or anti pirate.
To fit into the none PvPer catagory you have to spend 90% of your time in a none combat role. Miner/Missions/trader/manufacturer.
If you go rat hunting in belt then I am undecided how Whitedwarf will view these for now so you guys get you own catagory as NCPkers
So just post:- PvPer, non PvPer or NPCKer

I know but when you are bored at work its always good to hear what sort of drivel WD can come out with. So why not try and prove some of that drivel wrong.

What about those of us who split our time equally between non-pvp and pvp stuff?

Well I go on the words of WD, but there are only PVPers and non PVPers so you can't actually be playing the game.
Or are you one of the mysterious few I have heard about that enjoy both aspects of Eve??

I second that - trading/rat hunting/ PvP ... all part of the game .... I've more than one ship type in my hanger !

no seriously EVE is much more than a simple space combat game (although that is one of its elements), or at least its supposed to be...
Now where is that damn retail box of EVE...

Define PvP... most people solely consider combat PvP, whereas I see a whole lot of different options to PvP.
My PvP area is Trade channel, buy low from someone who doesn't know what he is selling, sell high to the desperate people who need it now. Or buying the T2 tools when they still yielded mega/zyd for scraps.
... but most people don't see that side of Eve as PvP.

I see pvp as fighting player versus player:
This is dueling, killing and murder.
Piracy or war, all are pvp options.
I must say pvp and having the right team doing it is a total new aspect to eve, and fun!

I'm one of those in between people. I split my time between NPC hunting, manufacturing, research/agent missions with some Pvp thrown in. About the only thing I don't do anymore is mine.
Not sure where that puts me.

OMG, the forums have just got sooooooo bad lately.
Who is WD, some1 that came and told us on 20 different posts that he was leaving??, correct me if im wrong.
Anyways, u dont think u have anything interesting to write, its prob a good sign to not bother at all.
