So I've been messing around with ice miners in Tolle and the surrounding systems now that the ice interdiction has lifted. And because of my recent activities, I have been threatened with a wardec. Let us see where this goes.

Eventually, it is the one problem of being a small operation. I can't be everywhere at once. And before I actually pull the trigger on the dec, it would behoove me to check to see if there are actually any folks in highsec. No need to actually waste 50 mil if I have to travel to 0.0 to attempt to investigate why folks insist on recruiting folks who are obviously idiots of one form or another.

And why wardec? You can waltz into Fountain, shoot up some careless ratters/and or miners and then run from the futile efforts of our home defense kitchen sink fleet to catch you. Your victims will cry out in alliance "im being pvpd in a belt help", we'll all go "Why aren't you in comms/standing fleet/reading the intel channel", and then they'll be trolled by Pinky on the killboard at how terrible fit they were. |

But talk about sloppy. I don't think he even sent out an eve-mail to the corp. Or if he really wanted to he could have kicked everyone out. (Or, if he really wanted a fight, maybe undock in anything but an overtanked drake..but I digress)

To be fair, so far you have only heard from two people, and seen two relatively new folks die. So the generalization isn't exactly fair.
And of course, heading into null usually ends up being deathly boring and tends to get me killed. (0.0 is not for long-ish term solo work that is exciting, especially if you want to actually hit something in particular)
