Cleared my way to the final room. Cleared the hostiles, no named overseer or anything, just regulars. 2 Serpentis Stockpiles. One is below station, one is in the middle of the Stronghold. 1 garbage T1 module in one stockpile, can't get within 1500 to access the other. All that is left is the Serpentis Fleet Stronghold, which continually launches Citadel torpedoes and webs anywhere with in 50km.
Me and my buddy who did the plex (found it exploring in 0.0) tried to attack the plex, we take out its shield instantly, get it to about half armor, then it reps once and repairs all of its armor damage.  What do I need to do to get the nice final loot/overseer stuff/deadspace loot I hear these complexes give? Is this structure killable somehow? Do I need more DPS? Who has actually run this, and can give a pointer?
Thought about maybe using sentry drones outside its torpedo/webbing range, but would that be enough DPS to take it out solo?

to take down the strong hold u need range if they havtn changed it since i did it..
in the last room u warpin with the stronghold right behind you right? (also changed i think) set full speed so you get 50km+ from the stronghold. then you will be outside its web range and it wont fire citadel torps any more. either you then take ur time to kill of the npc or you go straight for the stronghold while tanking the rats. as long as you are outside web range of the stronghold it wont rep anymore. which will allow you to take it down.. remember do not send drones on it cause then it will rep up again.
there is as many ways and setups as there is plex runners but i manage to run that plex with 2 accounts it took me awhile but i did it. 1 rail fitted domi (sentries) and 1 scimitar(dedicated tank, low sig) (t1 fitted ships, since runnig what was back then static complex was high risk from the bob farmers)

If you are using missles/torps, it puts out A LOT of defender missles. I would think an easy amount to cover 2 ships worth. If doing the 50km out, going to need to use guns.
It's basically scripted to regen at an insane rate.

Awesome! So it won't rep if I'm beyond 50km? That's perfect, I'll just fly out a dominix with sentries and 350mm railguns and shoot the darn thing!

Thank you sir! Exactly as described. Stayed more than 50km away, and although it has an incredible shield recharge rate, I beat it. For those interested, here's a 2mb 20 second video showing stats like how long it took me to get there solo, my setup, how long it took to take down, and the loot. :D

Am I reading your video text right? 14hours and 30min to complete this 10/10 Serp plex?!?
If I am, omfglmfao! 
And not even a LAR or a X type hardener...
