They can't ransom you in imperial space. No webbing nor warp jamming is possible. So blame carebears and CCP.

My dear ALL CAPS ERGONOMIC person, you can't commit aggressions within 50 km from the sentries without them firing at you.
All most everyone comes in at 15 km from the gate. In 0.0 we can get a very fast lock and a lot of warp scramblers and statis webifiers on target.
Then we usually give two minutes for negotiate any ransom. If it's not agreeable to both parties, the careless pilot gets blown away.
Now, you can't use a warp scrambler and a webifier 15km from the gate without taking sentry gun fire.
Why did I even bother to write this post?

Well i am glad that u enjoyed it as much as me  well for an second i thought u where after us.. 2 blackbirds and 1 frigate warping in at 60km.. thats suspicious
