This guy has been buying GTCs the old way - most likely trying to convert his laundered money into real money before he gets busted.
Please do not trade GTCs the old way with anyone who sounds like an ISK farmer (weird name, achura char, bad enlish, etc.) this includes White Foxes and Sexport Yang. While old way of GTC trading is still legitimate, but ISK farmers are paying with money they got in ways that are against the EULA such as macroing and character sale scams. If they get busted the GMs can take money out of your account if you sold them GTCs and they paid you. Deal ONLY with legitimate GTC traders.
If you look through his previous posts you see him trying to discredit Voogru. This is because Voogru is interfering with his character scams and ISK inflow.
Gives selling a suspicious looking char, most likely a scam.
Gives buying GTCs the old way, most likely trying to convert ISK obtained in illegal ways into real money.

Wow, I think ISD needs to take a look here and ban him from the forums.
Scamming is not cool. Pretty sad how people find news ways to rip others off.
And FYI, Voogru and ineve.net are quite secure.
Think before you speak, and listen twice as much.
