This new feature works like shield hardeners. You only get 10% of whats left. Therefore, it only increases my chance to 91%. Not to mention stacking nerf... I have a bunch of other characteristics that already increase it, such as good looks, etc, which means the bonus is even less. The OP was referring to men having a greater chance of having sex with women, not other men. In your case, I'm sure your odds won't improve the projected 10%, but not due to a stacking effect.
