About us: We teach new players every aspect of the game that they'd like to know about, from pvp, to production. It is free to join, and you're more than welcome to leave and go wherever you like, whenever you like. We have a lot of information that we can give to you, and also a lot of peers at your same level. Midgard has been around for a very long time, and is filled with dedicated teachers. We are a smaller corp, so each player does get a considerable amount of attention (whether they like it or not!). Students have gone on to join a myriad of alliances, some have even started their own Events that we have: We also have regular events, or at least we try to, in which players are invited to have fun with the multi-player aspect of EVE. The events are not mandatory, however, so you will always be able to play at your pace. Some events that we have include: Midgard mining events, where everyone mines together as a group; either in high sec or low-sec for those rarer minerals. The minerals get split evenly so long as you participate, and the teachers typically show up in barges at least. Since we are a sponsored by RONA Corporation, and they have every tech 1 bpo, we can build whatever ship you'd like with the minerals that we get! I personally mine with a dominix and a covetor, so mining does go really fast. We also have PVP and fighting training. Since all corp mates can attack each other, we have practice dogfights were you can shoot at the trainers (and at one another if you'd like). One of our favorite events is the "hunt the teachers" event, where all the pupils come on and try to kill the execs. The one with the most kills gets a special prize. The ships are all free, of course. Level 4/5 mission running. All noobs are entitled to join me while doing missions, typically 4 but sometimes 5 for the fun-factor. I will simply tank the mission, while you all get to attack everyone and get your feet wet in missioning. It's a great way to learn different tactics, and it's great fun -- plus the pay isn't bad either. We will also offer help when you decide to do missions of your own. POS Management - We have our very own small POS. We can teach you how to manage it, set it up, scan for moons, make reactions -- everything your little heart desires. All of the small weapons and ammo and skill books that I receive that are extra will be offered to you, so long as no abuses are encountered. However, we don't give blatant handouts, so don't come expecting the world to be given to you (that's just no fun!) Anything else you want! We're open minded here, so any ideas that you have, or anything you want to do, feel free to offer it and we'll do the best we can to do it! We have tons of fun, and I hope that every noob that enters eve will consider joining; honestly the more players we have the more fun it is. We will only accept players that are new, however, so if you are experienced we will kindly point you in the direction of RONA Corporation. RONA Midgard does not condone pirating in any way, shape, or form while you are flying under our ticker.
