I like to use the pink instaltion foam myself, it is easy to carve ( I use a small hand saw for general shapeing and use a exacto knife and sandpaper for the fine detail) I wonder do you spraypaint the model or do you hand paint it? Also have you made any scrach-built models out of sheet styrene? ----------------------** While blood, carnage, and distruction may be my "happy place" that is nothing like the feeling I get while hauling 2 mill isk in goods thru low sec.

This is the same stuff you use just blue instead of pink different insulation rating I think the blue is more dence, and I have in the past spraypainted but these I just handed painted with cheap dollar store acrylic, and all i used was some sandpaper and a exactoknife. Im still learning and perfecting it :) its nice to use cause its fun its easy and fast, oh and I use a regular gluestick to put it together I find it works good because its already half dried, and holds well so far.

Hopefully the graphical updates will address the texture issue. I don't like your design, it doesn't have the same curvy/spherical shapes in it and would be better suited to Caldari imo. Your battleship design is great though, I would definitely fly it. EDIT: You should get a better camera, the pics are really crappy looking, I would like to see them with more detail.
