Just returning from a long break, looking to see whats new, etc.
Doesnt seem to be much going on story wise, last news item was 11th of July ??

I see what you mean... I believe this means:
Everyone in the EVE universe is happy and everything is fine. No news to report.
No news is good news?
Unless... No that couldn't be it. Or could it? Our worst fears!!. Sansha are interrupting the news feeds and no-one has noticed until now?
This is bad. Has anyone checked on the RP EVE people? I hope they are surviving without CCP feeding them.  |

My guess would be, that Incarna+summer expansion fiasco happened --> people got fired and the company started restructuring --> it's now either unclear who's job it is to handle those things or there is nobody handling them anymore --> it's dead until CCP revives it and assigns someone to handle it. |

May want to at least suggest changing the date format to be at least same as the forum's. Just a common sense in GUI design. |

There was a post a little while ago that basically said the news posts were being put on hiatus for a while until someone evaluates the way the content is delivered. They want to continue with them, but as of right now, it's just too time-consuming to collect, edit and post all of those news briefs, especially when they don't really have more than a minor impact on the actual game. |
