After re-activating my account this weekend I found that I had been booted from my previous corp (for inactivity) during my 6 month absence from EVE - so Im now looking for a new home for my character.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?
Im looking for a corp that:
1) Has mature, friendly players who like to chat between missions / PVP;
2) Has a presence in secure space to allow me to continue mission running without risk of losses to incidental PVP;
3) Doesnt mind which order I train my skills in;
4) Will give me access to PVP and/or fleet battles to gain experience;
5) Will offer friendly advice on improving my PVP skills, and setting up my ships;
6) Accepts that there is life outside EVE, and that RL may sometimes take precedence at short notice;

WHAT DO I OFFER?
Im an experienced 30-something gamer who in recent years has worked his way through DAOC, WOW, Vanguard and LOTRO (in addition to BF2142 and a few other faster paced games). Im usually online in 1 hour bursts throughout the week (longer at weekends) which sadly in most of these games forces me to solo and rules me out of any end game raid content.
EVE is one of the few games where there isnt an end game, and I can play through the game at my own pace developing my character as I see fit. I love tinkering with equipment in most games but EVE is the first game that gave me full freedom to setup my equipment however I want to play - without necessarily forcing me into a particular role.
Although not a complete newbie at EVE I dont have a great deal of experience of PVP or fleet battles (getting randomly ganked doesnt count!). Most of my time is spent mission running solo, or with friends.
Currently based in the Nonni system my main character (Gotrek) has 2.8M SP - split across a mix of combat skills, with a heavy emphasis on Amar and Caldari ships. I currently have 2 cruisers for mission running (Caracal and Arbitrator) and a small fleet of frigates set up for tackler duty. Im already in a position with skills to jump to a BC as soon as I can afford to buy one!
Im happy to use my own frigates for PVP for tackler duty as I have now reached the stage where I can recoup the cost of any losses by running a couple of missions in my cruisers :-)

Sub-Zero are an anti-pirate PVP corp based in the Lonetrek region and is a proud member of Retribution Alliance.
The first phase of our corporation growth has just started which will include a very active recruitment program. Once we have a good member base we plan to look into an industrial arm so that we can provide our hard working PVP pilots with the ships and equipment they need to do there job.
Sub-Zero has only one membership requirement and that is that you are an EVE subscriber and not on a trial account. This means we will not accept any characters under 16 days old. Other than that we donĘt care at what skill level you are so long as you are willing to fight and donĘt mind losing the odd ship along the way. We are expected to and will participate in all alliance operations period.
