Hi all,
I need to unanchor a Small Beam Laser battery so I can move it but i'm having a bit of a problem. It's structure was damaged, and I'm currently trying to repair the hull so it's no longer incapacitated. I'm using a Medium Remote Hull Repair which gives it about 96 structure HP every 6 seconds.
The thing is, there's no longer a red mark on the hull bar, and I need to know how much longer it will take to repair. I can't seem to find any screen to monitor the HP of the battery, and I've put quite a bit of hull into the thing as it is.
Can you guys hint me to any screen to monitor the structure? Or a way to speed up the repair process? Thanks.

Fit multiple reppers, and while making sure you can sustain your cap, afk for an hour or two. Then try using a remote armor repper. See if that helps. IIRC, armor can't be fixed till hull is full, and shields can't be boosted while armor is damaged.

Well, with 3 large cap batteries and 3 cap recharger I's on my Drake, I can sustain one medium armor repper for about 3 minutes before my cap runs dry. I searched the forums and patch notes for Revelations 2, and from what I gather, as soon as the hull takes 0.1% it goes offline / incapacitated. So, as soon as it's at 100% with no damage it should go online.
If I can't get it repaired soon i'm just going to destroy it. I mean, I've been trying for hours and I see no red bars on the hull but it's still incapacitated...

Considering it's a POS structure, I don't think it'll come back online on its own. Try applying an armor rep to it.
Also, IIRC, you need 100% armor and 50% shield to turn the damn things back online. Shooting it to oblivion would take a long time as well. -------------------------------------------------- ICE Blueprint Sales |

It is Armor Rep time. When a battery gets incapacitated, it has to be brought up to full structure and armor before you can do anything with it. Yes, it is a royal pain in the..... I got to help take down a friendly POS that the natives weren't too friendly about. Just be glad it's a small battery instead of a medium or large that you've got to rep up. Oh, and when all the red disappears, it's done, hull and armor. _______________________________

Ah, thanks for the info. I kept thinking for some reason the hull still wasn't repaired somehow - it would be nice if it was documented somewhere that the armor needs to be repaired as well.
Anyways, instead of repairing over 300,000 armor that's still all in the red, I'm going to just blow the damn thing up. Any idea how much structure the small turrets have?

Get an exequoror or better yet, an Oneiros. In fact, depending on the location, I might be willing to help out....for a price. :)

They have an amount of structure (at 90% resists no less) that is best described as 'a metric ****ton'. I'd just rep it, probably be semi-afk in an Exequror for a good long time. Or, if you have friends that can fly an Oneiros, that or a Carrier with capital remote reps are the best ships for the job. -------------------------------------------------- ICE Blueprint Sales |

With a Myrmidon fitted with 5 small remote armor reps and a small hull remore rep, I calculated that on my own, it would take about 2 hours to bring a medium turret up to full status. (The folks who did all the damage wanted to send a message instead of destroying everything, so there was minimal structure damage) The small turrets take about half that time. On the other end of things, trying to destroy that turret with the tower still in existance isn't going to be fun. You will be there for hours and wonder why this thing won't die. (The aforementioned 90% to all hull resists that the tower grants) If you pop the tower, the turrets lose all resists and are easily destroyed. _______________________________
