A great toon to start with and shape it further in the way you want:
... I can use T2 Hybrid Blasters and Ammo.
... I can fly all basic Gallente Ships from Frigates up to Cruisers and most Battlecruisers and Battleships
... I can fly advanced/faction/pirate ships like the Daredevil, Dramiel, Federation Navy Comet, Firetail, Exequror Navy Issue, Vexor Navy Issue, Dominix Navy Issue, Megathron Navy Issue.
... I could train some other advanced ships (as example the Vigilant) in a day or two. Only 5 days to something like Vindicator or some other advanced or faction ships.
... I have some Lvl5 Skills, like Surgigal Strike 5 and other important ones trained to Lvl4 already.
... I can use some T2 modules already.
... I can use drones, easily to improve further
... I can train some further modules that my new owner might want to have, in a very short amount of time
I have one neural remap, current attributes are optimized for Perception/Willpower.
I have all +3 Implants, however I could use +4 implants already. Some bonus implants in the slots 6-10 (like +3% hybrid damage and others).
I have absolute neutral history as my owner didn't play me.
I have positive wallet, as also positive security status.
No killrights either way. Docked in Highsec (Dodixie).

I want to sell myself relatively fast to a reasonable offer.
As a guideline:
Starting Bid: 1B, increments of 100M
Buyout Price: 2.5B (other offers might be accepted)
Auction Time max. 48 hours or when an acceptable bid/buyout is made, i might consider it for immediate sale earlier
I pay transfer fee.
This one has to go fast :)
Buyer should be able to finish payment for character transfer not later than 12 hours after sale, so the whole transfer is finished within 24 hours max. Sooner is preferred.

Sorry, I won't sell for 950M as that would just cover my transfer fee. Please don't cite some ISK/SP ratio's or appraiser stats. Toons are seldom valued based on those numbers, except maybe from pure number traders. |

Any noteable corp history? saw that the character was in one other corp and wasn't sure if it was just an industrial corp or not. |

The character joined one player corp at the beginning, but except the ceo there was never anyone online. Otherwise nothing else in corp histories, the others are just the usual NPC corps. |

Unfortunately Horseprick kept me waiting and bought another char in the end.
If someone wants Helia for 1.5B in the next hours, she is yours, otherwise I'm gonna keep her and train her up.
