Thats simple. It's LOW SP character - he is cheap and very good at training)
Now I'm flying tengu with 400 dmg and 830 dps tank (1 bil). Capstable because of T2-rigs. Able to fly pvp-tengu with 150-200k ehp (still having mwd and/or scram). Tengu is very flexible ship if you know how to fly it. And if you need perfect missiles just don't buy this char. I'm not in a hurry. |
